There are possibilities for everyone for an active holiday – a day out at sea in a boat or kayak or yacht, fishing, diving, wind-surfing; lovely harbours and splendid hiking trails. There are also many opportunities for horse riding. A day can be spent at the children’s amusement park Vembu-Tembumaa, and for golf players, there are high-level golf courses at Niitvälja and Jõelähtme.

Running down the coastal limestone cliff, the rivers form waterfalls, the most abundant in water and the highest of which are the Jägala Waterfall, being 8 m high, and the Keila Waterfall, being 6,1 m high with the terrace of 60-70 m in width. Here and there the limestone coast is exposed in cliffs up to 30 m high, such as at Rannamõisa and Türisalu.
